"Retake was okay, just a bit slow"
The retake process was fine overall, but the reshoot ended up taking longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just thought it would move a little faster...

"Refund was handled, but it dragged on"
I had an issue with my order and ended up asking for a refund. I was already in a bit of a rush, so it was frustrating that things moved slowly at first and I had to chase them more than once.
They did sort it out in the end and the money came back, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. I just wish the replies had been faster and a little clearer, especially when you’re trying to get something fixed quickly.

"Helpful support when you need it"
I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. It wasn’t instant, but the reply was helpful and they got it sorted without a bunch of back and forth. I think other customers would appreciate that too, especially when you just want a clear answer and not a hassle. I’d definitely use them again.

"Prints came out really nice"
I ordered a few prints from mountainwest.ca and they looked better than I thought they would. The colors were clean and sharp, and they didn’t have that dull sort of look I’ve gotten from some other print places, so I guess that means the quality is solid. The paper felt nice too, which probably helped make them look better. They were packed fine and arrived without any damage. Overall I’m happy with how they turned out and I’d order from them again.

"Really good photographer"
Had a great experience overall. The photographer was professional but still really easygoing, which made the whole shoot feel relaxed. Communication was smooth too, and I appreciated getting the emails and receipt without having to chase anything down.

"Really nice school photos"
I had a good feeling when I first looked through my kid’s pictures, they turned out really nice. The poses looked natural, and the smiles didn’t feel forced or awkward. Ordering was simple too, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with how the photos came out.

The packages are alright, I guess. You get a fair bit, but for the price I was kind of expecting a little more. It’s not bad or anything, just feels like some of the bundles could maybe offer better value...
